More 2011 swimwear: Panache

The 15% off swimwear offer at Lembrassa today reminded me how much I loved Panache’s swimwear last year, especially the gorgeous Monroe range (still available in some sizes from Lembrassa and Belle Lingerie… go go go!), so I thought I’d have a peek at what they’ve been up to this year.

While I don’t think anything rivals the Monroe for its perfectly pitched seaside vibe, the Lucille (above left) is similar in its retro appeal and the candy stripes are as summery as ice cream with strawberry syrup.

Thinking of the irreplaceable Elizabeth Taylor this week has made me long for some Hollywood glamour, and this Mae bandeau swimsuit demands to be worn with an enormous pair of shades, immaculate hair and a champagne cocktail from a deco saucer.Β  It comes with detachable straps too, for those of us who need a little help with our elegance…

I’m not blown away by the rest of their ranges, but these are two great additions to my increasingly long swimwear wish list for this summer.Β  Unless I can find myself a boathouse in the south of France to justify them all, I think I need to start narrowing it down…

I did a search for D&D and this site came up. I’m not going to say it was fate, but I count myself lucky.

    Great Panache swimwear post!

We have found that our ladies who loved the Monroe last year are now buying the Panache Loren. Same shape and halterneck style as Monroe the Loren has a gorgeous Floral print in red and navy. Perfect if you like to keep a bit covered πŸ™‚

    • Ooo, that’s great Laura! You def need a cossie for a fitness pool I think, but the last time I tried in a generic one my, er, buoyancy aids were relentless in their quest to escape at the top! Not my best look… πŸ˜€ x

Oooohh You should look at the Panache basic swimsuits then.. We have the Panache Taylor and I know a few ladies have bought it to wear when going for a swim after the gym. It’s fully covered while have the built in cups. I am sure Panache also do some completely plain swimsuits in various colours!
